  • The first bidding for Certificates of Entitlement in August closes at 4pm. At the last exercise, only premiums for motorcycles (Cat D) closed lower. All other categories went up.
  • Hong Kong Chief Executive Carrie Lam begins a two-day trip to Singapore with visits to the National Gallery and the Asian Civilisations Museum, as well as the opening of a photo exhibition at The Arts House. Mrs Lam will also meet with top leaders such as Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong and Deputy Prime Minister Teo Chee Hean.
